While surfing around, I ran into a site named developersdigest.org. They have a wiki, forum, and blog going over there. The wiki has taken off pretty well and they seem to be building it up day by day. The forums are a bit slower, but I think that's because they are heavy on the wiki side, providing articles/information for the visitors.
Their tutorials are pretty detailed from what I've seen. I always check back in over there, and there always seems to be pretty good content.

I find that w3schools.com is definately the best source for HTML learning out there, I learnt off of it, and It was easy!
