One of the best ways to retain client and attract new clients is to run a BOGOFF campaign (B= Buy. O-one, G=get, O=one, F=Free) like the supermarkets do, its a very effective marketing technique

You need to be careful with that though. Depending on what you are marketing, a BOGOF could be good or bad.

Of course it could be good or bad and lots of thoughs needs to be put into it like all promotions
